Gearports does not own, inspect, warrant, or guarantee the condition of any vehicle listed on the platform.

2. User Accounts and Registration

• To access certain features (such as listing a car or saving favorites), you must register for an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Dealers must provide valid showroom credentials and maintain accurate inventory.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Vehicle Listings and Accuracy

• Sellers (both private and dealers) are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and validity of the information provided in their vehicle listings, including price, mileage, year, and images.
• Gearports reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that violates our policies, appears fraudulent, or contains inappropriate content, without prior notice.
• The "Verified" badge indicates that basic details have been checked by our team, but it does not constitute a mechanical warranty or legal guarantee of the vehicle's condition.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive listings.
• Use the platform to distribute spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated bots to extract data from Gearports without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or manipulate the platform's search algorithms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gearports and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the platform. Buyers are strongly advised to physically inspect vehicles and verify all documentation (RC, insurance, service history) before making any payments.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

7. Changes to Terms
